- 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened or milk ofchoice
- 2 tbs Chia seeds
- 1 tbs Maple syrup
- 1 Orange zested
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbs Pumpkin seeds For Garnish
- 1 Orange sliced optional, for garnish
